👒 TAC’s Brims and Bowties: Mingling for Mental Health was amazing! TAC gathered along with the community to raise awareness, encourage dialogue, share insights, and advocate for meaningful change. Dr. Shelton shared insight on removing the stigma in black communities and also provided tips for selfcare.
In addition, we had a special presentation on international involvement by our very own Delta Academy and Delta GEMS that showcased highlights from a Penpal activity where they partnered with our Southern Regional Representative.
It's World AIDS Day and TAC Rocks our Red for the cause! Thank you to the students and staff of ICC Health Science building of Tupelo for allowing TAC to bring awareness to HIV/AIDS!
It was an honor to team up with our sisters in pink to raise awareness for heart health. We didn’t worry about which sorority either belonged to but focused on heart health and ways to live a healthier life! We sweated, danced, and laugh! We definitely got our hearts pumped up during MixxedFit with Teri Price! This event was pretty devastatingly fun!

We had a great time Protecting Our Heart of Hearts❤️ at the 100 Women in Red Health and Wellness Fair. We also had a heart pumping time as we worked out 🏋️with a MixxedFit instructor. Oh, let's not forget, the self-defense class with Larry Pinson of Gracie Jiu-jitsu of Saltillo!

Special shout out to our sister Sonya DL for helping us burn a few calories with the fitness factor of line dancing while having fun! Also, shout out to our guest speakers, Shirlette Judon and
Kathy Buchanan Thompson for speaking on Breast Cancer Awareness as Breast Cancer Survivors!
TAC’s Table Talk to the Ballot Box 🗳️ was an impactful occasion with Mississippi Representative Rickey Thompson and Shelia Thompson, Tupelo/Lee County - National Council of Negro Women President for bringing our community together for meaningful conversation and action! It was a day of learning, empowerment, and preparation to ensure our voices are heard at the polls. Together, we are shaping the future—one informed vote at a time. 🗳️✔️

Thank you Selma, Alabama for your hospitality and allowing us to walk in the footsteps of some of the GREATEST leaders known to date! On yesterday, TAC and Holly Springs Alumnae Chapter marched alongside our fellow D9 family and others as we answered the call to repeat history on the Edmund Pettus Bridge. Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of Bloody Sunday and Passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 was an experience to remember. To feel the vibration of impactful footsteps, to hear the songs of negro spirituals, and to see the history marked by our respectful leaders encouraged us to continue to keep the dream alive and to always make “Good Trouble”.

TAC’s ERT was proud to: increase the importance of red envelopes, increasing awareness of what to do in the event of preparing for natural disasters, and utilizing emergency response kits. Great job ERT! Always stay REDy 💪🏽⛑️
